The general sand making process is as follows: The raw materials are first fed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing. Then after primary crushing, the materials will be transferred to the secondary crusher through the belt conveyor. After this process, the crushed materials have to go through the vibrating screen for sieving. The final products that meet the required particle size will be conveyed to the sand making machine, while the rest will return to the secondary crushing machine for repeated crushing. The sand making process will be indeed completed after the finished products’ being washed in the sand washing machine. Owing to the short supply of natural sand, artificial sand making has been in urgent need in recent years. In general, the artificial sand making production line should be in conformity with the following steps. The stone materials will be sent regularly and uniformly by the vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher for primary crushing, and then conveyed to the secondary crushing equipment to be crushed again. The next step is related to the vibrating screen, whose function is to separate or sieve out the desired particle sizes. The particle sizes that do not meet the standard will be sent to the secondary crusher for repeated crushing. The finished products will finally be transferred to the sand washing machine to be cleaned. The whole artificial sand making production line forms two closed circuits.
