How to Adjust the Granularity in Sand Production Line

The requirement of each customer of the material properties and product size is different, so to adjust the granularity of the sand production line should be based on the different materials. The following is the detailed introduction of the ways to adjust the particle size of the sand production line.
Firstly, it is the primary crushing equipment-jaw breaker. The jaw breaker is mainly used for primary crushing; the control of the granularity of this device is achieved through the regulation of the tension spring, and the adjustment of the rear of the crusher block. The Jaw breaker has the configuration sets of vibrating screen, after the screening of the crushed material by vibrating screen, the composite size that meets the requirements would directly be discharged out and the ones that cannot achieve the requirements will be sent back to the crusher to be crushed again.
Secondly, it is the impact crusher. The adjustment and the operation of the device is very simple, the larger the grate plate gap at the lower part of the machine is, the greater the product particle size will be. The smaller the gap is, the smaller the expected size will be.
Finally, it is the cone crusher. Cone crusher is driven to rotate by the V-belt, transmission shaft, bevel gear which will drive the eccentric sleeve to rotate. The moving cone will do the pendulum movement under the role of the eccentric sleeve so that the movable cone and fixed cone are sometimes close to each other and sometimes deviate from each other. The materials in the crushing chamber will be under the constant attack to be broken and the ones that have met the granularity standard will be discharged from the lower part.
